Product
Our breadfruit ingredient is extracted from the male inflorescences of breadfruit (male flowers). The resulting extract has a sweet molasses-like scent with citrus top notes – the essence. Because we get our essence from the inflorescences, we have named our breadfruit skin care products InflorEssence.
At Altilis Beauty® we want you to try our products and we understand the struggle of sensitive and acne-prone skin when trying something new; thus we have 7-day trial sets! Please note that trial sets will take 6-12 days to be delivered within Canada, and may take longer outside of North America. Additionally, there will be no tracking information available for trial sets purchased on their own.
The full sized skincare set will last approximately 2 months with daily use and 1 month when used two times a day. The trail size is portioned to last 7 days with usage daily.

After you have checked out of an order, you can attempt to make a change by calling or texting Customer Service at +1-226-973-9928 during the hours of Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm EST or email us at anytime at [email protected]. Please provide your order number.
Visit altilisbeauty.com/shop. Select products you would like to purchase by clicking on the product photo and using the drop-down menu to select the correct size variant, then select "add to cart". Click the cart icon in top right hand corner and follow the prompts for to complete your order. Please note that there is a site for US only customers and Canadian and International customers, the tab on the top of the page to switch between sites.
Contact us by calling or texting Customer Service at +1-226-973-9928 during the hours of Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm EST or at anytime by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel order ###”. Please include your order number in the email as well. Please take into account that we can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If you have already received shipping confirmation we can still cancel your order but the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can return any North American order of unopened product within 30 days from the day you receive your order in the mail at the customers expense. To proceed with a product return, please ship the product you wish to return to the following address noting your order number inside:

The cost of shipping back any item is fully covered by the customer. Once we receive your items we will issue the refund. Please note that it may take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account and your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

Discount
$10 off shipping automatically applies to all orders over $100 Canadian or $90 USD (before tax). Select Canada Post (Canada) or USA Air to qualify. It does not apply to express or international shipping options.
Add the items you would like to your basket. Click the cart icon in the top right hand corner. If everything looks good, click "Checkout". That will take you to a page where you will enter your email address, shipping information and payment information. Enter your code into the area that says "Promo code" and hit "APPLY".
Only one discount code can be used per order. Unless the promotion has specified that they are “stack-able” the check-out system will provide error codes.
Payment
You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with Paypal. Visa and debit are also accepted at checkout. Simply click the "Complete Order" button and you will have the option to checkout using other methods. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions regarding checkout. After selecting the Paypal option at checkout, Paypal will take you to its money transaction software and will require confirmation. It will then take you back to our site to confirm the order.
When checking out through PayPal there is an option to pay with a Credit Card or Debit Visa card. Follow the prompts to check out with PayPal and click “Complete Order”, there is an option below to enter your credit or debit card information.
Shipping
We ship within Canada, USA and internationally to most countries. Duties and taxes for US and international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the current change in global environment, there may be delays in deliveries, and a change in processes determined by your local postal service. This may affect the feasibility of a refund.
If there is an error in your shipping details before you have received an email confirmation please make adjustments by calling or texting Customer Service at +1-226-973-9928 during the hours of Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm EST or emailing anytime [email protected]. If the error has been detected after an email confirmation has been sent, then your package is already shipped and the solution varies depending on the destination. Please contact Customer Service as well and note that the correction will be at the cost of the customer.
If there was a complication in the delivery and the package is being returned to us please contact Customer Service at +1-226-973-9928 during the hours of Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm EST or emailing anytime [email protected].
Please note, that if a package is not able to be left at your door or mailbox that a pick-up slip would most likely be left for you to retrieve the package from your nearest post office. Typically the package is available for 5 business days before being sent back to our facility and the correction may be at the cost of the customer.

We do however test all of our ingredients and products on real PEOPLE. The Altilis Beauty complete skin care system has been tested with over 70 people during an 8 week trial period.
