We ship within Canada, USA and internationally to most countries. Duties and taxes for US and international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the error has been detected after an email confirmation has been sent, then your package is already shipped and the solution varies depending on the destination. Please note, that if a package is not able to be left at your door or mailbox that a pick-up slip would most likely be left for you to retrieve the package from your nearest post office. Typically the package is available for 5 business days before being sent back to our facility and the correction may be at the cost of the customer.
